We'll try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting you via email. If a dispute is not resolved within 30 days of submission, you may bring a formal proceeding.

11.2 Arbitration

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, including the breach, termination, or validity thereof, shall be finally resolved by arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall be conducted by one arbitrator, in the English language, and shall take place in Washington, DC. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding.

YOU AND DATMORPHIX AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN YOUR OR ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING.
